Inserto en el corazón del barrio Yungay, el proyecto se enmarca dentro de Densificación Rentable de inmuebles patrimoniales. De este modo, se trabajó en la reconversión, reciclaje y rehabilitación de un inmueble patrimonial, y a partir de un cuidadoso estudio espacial y estructural, mediante el trabajo con la doble altura existente en la vivienda, generando nuevas cualidades espaciales al interior del inmueble.

¿REALMENTE NECESITAMOSLA OFICINA?
Working from home has changed our relationship with the office.
We no longer need to be there to get all our work done.
So, the office needs to reinvent itself. Its role has changed.
Today, an office is not just a place to work. Much more happens there: things that enhance how people coexist, experience and relate to the space — and, ultimately, how a company operates.
El home office cambió nuestra relación con la oficina.
Ya no necesitamos estar ahí para hacer todo nuestro trabajo.
Entonces, la oficina debe reinventarse. Su rol cambió.
Hoy, una oficina no sirve solo para trabajar. En ella ocurre mucho más: cosas que elevan la convivencia, la forma de habitar y relacionarnos con el espacio y, con ello, el funcionamiento de una empresa.

That’s why the question is no longer simply how many workstations a company needs.
It’s about what needs to happen when people are together.
And this also changes the way we design: less focus on filling square meters and more on understanding how people interact, collaborate and work.
It’s not about creating offices that are bigger, more beautiful or more crowded.
It’s about making them more relevant.
And the data supports this shift.
The Cisco Global Hybrid Work Study 2025, conducted with more than 14,000 workers across 13 countries, shows that 92% consider collaboration and community important in the office.
Meanwhile, the ISS Evolving Workplaces 2025 study, conducted with nearly 11,000 workers across 15 countries, found that 71% still consider the office important, mainly because of interaction with colleagues, knowledge sharing and learning.
So, do we really need the office?
Yes. But not to do the same things we can do from anywhere.
We need it to collaborate, connect, create and experience.
To make being together meaningful.
Por eso, la pregunta ya no es solamente cuántos puestos necesita una empresa.
Es qué necesita que ocurra cuando las personas están juntas.
Y esto también cambia la forma de diseñar: menos foco en llenar metros cuadrados y más en entender cómo se relacionan, colaboran y trabajan las personas.
No se trata de hacer oficinas más grandes, más bonitas o más llenas.
Se trata de hacerlas más relevantes.
Y los datos respaldan este cambio.
El Cisco Global Hybrid Work Study 2025, realizado con más de 14.000 trabajadores en 13 países, muestra que el 92% considera importantes la colaboración y la comunidad en la oficina.
Por su parte, el estudio Evolving Workplaces 2025 de ISS, realizado con casi 11.000 trabajadores en 15 países, señala que el 71% sigue considerando importante la oficina, principalmente por la interacción con colegas, el intercambio de conocimiento y el aprendizaje.
Entonces, ¿realmente necesitamos la oficina?
Sí. Pero no para hacer lo mismo que podemos hacer desde cualquier lugar.
La necesitamos para colaborar, conectar, crear y vivir.
Para que tenga sentido estar juntos.
